The following survey contains about 45 questions and is split up into three sections. The first section (8 questions) is about general demographics, the second section (33 questions) is a 1-5 rating system on multiple facets of school improvement, and the final section (2 questions) has text areas for you to write your feelings on the strengths and weaknesses of the school.
If you exit the survey before it has been completed you will have to take the ENTIRE survey over.
When you complete the survey you will NOT be able to take it again.
